VS-900MF Main Frame
The VS-900MF is a 10-units size Main Frame that can be mounted in a EIA Standard equipment rack. The VS-900MF accommodates the following cards: Up to 2 VS-900MS or VS-900AL cards (both cards may be mixed), up to 4 VS-900RS or VS-910RS cards (both cards may be mixed), 1 VS-900CO card, 1 VS-900AF card, and VS-900TI card. The main frame has 2 RS-232C ports; one for programming and the other for operation log output.
VS-900MS Master Station Interface Card
The VS-900MS is an Interface Card to be used for connecting master stations with 2 set of twisted pair cables. Up to 2 master stations can be connected per card, and an external recording device can be connected to each line.
VS-900AL Telephone Interface Card
The VS-900AL is used for connecting telephone sets (in compliance with FCC Regulation Part 68). Up to 2 telephones can be connected per card, and an external recording device can be connected to each line.
VS-900CO Outside Line Interface Card
The VS-900CO is used for outside line connection. Up to 2 outside lines can be connected per card, and an external recording device can be connected to each line.
VS-900AF Auto Function Card
The VS-900AF enables Conference, External Amplifier Paging, and External Source Distribution functions. The Audio Function Card has 1 conference link (maximum 4 stations), 1 audio output and 16 control outputs for external amplifier paging, and 1 audio input and 4 control inputs for external source distribution.
VS-900TI Tie-Line Interface Card
The VS-900TI is used to interconnect multiple exchange. The Tie-Line Interface Card can connect up to 4 links made up by 1 pair of data lines and 2 pair of audio lines.
VS-900RS Substation Interface Card
The VS-900RS is an Interface Card to be used for connecting substations with 2-cored shielded cables. Up to 16 substation can be connected per card. The Substation Interface Card has 2 speech links, one of which also functions as a paging link, with the paging input/output connected to an external amplifier.
VS-910RS Substation Interface Card
The VS-910RS Substation Interface Unit is used to connect the Full-Duplex Substation by way of 2 sets of twisted pair cables. Up to 16 Full-Duplex Substations can be connected per unit. The VS-910RS has 2 speech paths, either of which can be used for substation paging.
MS-900 Master Station
The MS-900 can make calls to or receive calls from the substation. It utilizes 2 set of twisted pair cables.
RS-150 Substation
The RS-150 can call and converse with the registered master stations. It utilizes a 2-core shielded cable.
RS-160 Substation
The RS-160 can call and converse with the registered master stations. It utilizes a 2-core shielded cable.
RS-170 Substation
The RS-170 can call and make converse with the registered master stations. It utilizes a 2-core shielded cable.
RS-180 Substation
The RS-180 can call and converse with the registered master stations. It has a indicator lamp and control output channel, and utilizes a 2-core shielded cable.
RS-190 Substation
The RS-190 can call and converse with the registered master stations. It has a indicator lamp and control output channel, and utilizes 2 sets of twisted cables.
RS-191 Handset Unit
The RS-191 Handset is designed exclusively for use indoors in combination with the RS-190 Substation. Lifting the handset permits handset conversation. Handset conversation can be established in conjunction with the optional Flush-mount Hands-free Master Station N-8031MS.
VS-900DI Direct Select Control Card
The VS-900DI Direct Select Control Card connects to the VS-900 Exchange and controls the VS-910DI Direct Select I/O Card to enable calling party indication, external equipment control and Direct Select function. Because the VS-900DI Card is equipped with a speech path, it can be used instead of the MS-900 Master Station.
VS-910DI Direct Select I/O Card
VS-910DI Direct Select I/O Card is an interface card thet enables calling party indication, external equipment control and Direct Select function in combination with the VS-900DI Direct Select Control Card.
VS-900SC Site Connector
When tie-line connecting VS-900 system exchanges, fiber optic cables can be used to extend the audio line longer than the maximum distance(*1) possible using twisted-pair cable. TOA's VS-900 Site Connector is used to connect the VS-900 system exchanges to the fiber optic interface. (*1) 1.5 km when an AWG20 2-pair twisted cable is used.

The YC-302 is a 2-gang electrical box (with cover) of wall flush mount type.
YC-303 Main Frame Wall Mount Bracket
The YC-303 is used when mounting the main frame on the wall.
